The tracks I use are from Revamped Reloaded, here's the 2010 Daytona that was apparently just posted recently: http://www.revampedreloaded.com/revampe ... sed-tracks

They all work, you just need to make sure you have the shared files as well, also on their site. It took me a while to get them working, but.. once I did, they work very well.

No, there isn't any Daytona Beach track that works. I've recently seen a video somewhere, of a version that's been in the works for about 5 years, but I doubt that one will ever be released.

It's got big bugs.

You can only use the super speedway chassis, or the AI cars will pop up like popcorn.
But worse, when starting the pre-race pace lap (or half-lap) the cars are lined up into the fence, always resulting in the race not going green and many cars getting damage and having to pit before the race start.
Plus the AI is way to slow, 1 to 1.5 seconds per lap slower out of the box.

I've tested this many times with the gns physics, same result always. Redownloaded the track and all, same stuff always.
If they could find a way to fix the start procedure bug, so that the cars would show up in the middle of the racing line, instead of up on the fence on the left side of the beach, the track would be fully playable. This way it only works in practice, qualifying and happy hour.

And I always imagined the transition in the turns, between asphalt and sand would be more bumpy.
